It’s clearer now than ever, that kids must learn to eat right while they’re still young. Considering children eat what they are served, parents and schools are a critical part of the equation. Hello, I am the Creator, Host and producer of Crazy Al Cayne TV (CAC-TV) home to Spittin In Da Wip, BMX Hood, Ruff Cut Videoz and Anigamicom. You might also know me for my appearances in movies and TV shows such as Unfaithful, Hells Kitchen, New York Undercover, Law &Order, and Saturday Night Live to name a few. You might also know me from my many years in the sport of BMX which I'm currently still involved with. A few years ago I returned to my BMX racing roots and have been competing in most of the big North East Nationals events ever since.
