Me and C Truth went up to Rotterdam NY to check out the NYS Champ race at Tri City BMX. the weather was great and we had fun taking pictures and filming. Coming soon my boy C Truth will be hopping on a BMX bike and taking a spin around the track. Stay tuned for video from the race !!!

I've opened for Tracy Morgan, Paul Mooney, Mobb Deep, Tommy Davidson and many others with my parodies. One of my original comedy videos were featured on BET Uncut. My Spittin In Da Wip series was also featured on BET's "The Deal" TV show. You might also know me for my appearances in movies and TV shows such as Unfaithful, Hells Kitchen, New York Undercover, Law &Order, and Saturday Night Live to name a few. You might also know me from my many years in the sport of BMX which I'm currently still involved with. A few years ago I returned to my BMX racing roots and have been competing in most of the big North East Nationals events ever since.
