Oakland MC Raashan Ahmad(Crown City Rockers) came to NY recently while he was on tour and hit me up on Twitter. A few hours later we got up for him to be on this episode of Spittin In Da Wip. I been checking out Raashan’s stuff for a while now and it was dope that we were able to get up for the show. You might also know me for my appearances in movies and TV shows such as Unfaithful, Hells Kitchen, New York Undercover, Law &Order, and Saturday Night Live to name a few. You might also know me from my many years in the sport of BMX which I'm currently still involved with. A few years ago I returned to my BMX racing roots and have been competing in most of the big North East Nationals events ever since.
